2019 Scrambler 1100 ECU N/A

Hello! I am trying to get my Ducati Scrambler 1100 linked to MelcoDiag and running into an issue with the ECU. When attempting to connect via 'any bike' it will read the vin but prompt me to use the m3c setting. When I do that I get no vin and ecu reads n/a. It does still connect and it will discover the four modules for DTC's (it will read/clear 3 of the 4). I was told this bike has been 'flashed' with an upmap for the Akrapovic exhaust that is on it. It also has a dynojet power commander plugged in. This was all done by the previous owner and I personally hate this stuff. It should remain as the factory built it but that is tangential... I don't know if I need to unplug the dynojet or if the ecu upmap is causing the error. Any advice? The 'get license' box disappears as soon as it connects but I did manage to get a license file with the n/a ecu. I will attach the debug info in the next message.

Hi thanks for sending that over. Unfortunately still the same problem. I disconnected the DynoJet Power Commander to isolate any issues and it made no difference. It is a continential ECU so it should be readable. I am using the same software and hardware on my 2021 Scrambler Desert Sled, it works on that bike. Also I guess I cannot obtain any additional license files as the data reads 'bike=5'? It is admittedly my fourth Ducati I have connected to MelcoDiag but maybe I accidentally made a 2nd license for the same bike? Anyway it is not a huge deal for this Scrambler 1100 I only want to reset the annual maintenance, I just rolled the date back on the display for now.

so you confirm it's a m3c ecu ?
please send the report with the new version , i changed bike to 9 to try if it's same electronic than EU5 bikes

It is a Continential ECU and 99% sure it is m3c, the software prompts me to reconnect using that method regardless. Here's the two debug files. First one is using m3c. Second set is after choosing 'ANY BIKE'. I still cannot click the 'get license file' after connecting, it disappears after the green bar gets full.
