License request

Hello,

I followed the steps and was able to get the Melcodiag software to connect to my bike. On 3/29/25 I requested the license as directed, and received the message that it was properly sent. I have not received the license, and also checked the spam folder. I am worried that I may have done something incorrectly somehow. Any assistance is appreciated in advance.

oh i found the issue , you did ask on this server instead of akress server ,
