No-Reply to Registration requests

Post by BentIguana »

Hello, over the course of the last couple weeks I've submitted the form on the website with the autofilled information and have not received anything in response. I also emailed the email listed in the software to no avail.

I am using JPDiag for a 2012 848 Evo, am I doing something wrong? Having lots of issues not being able to reset TPS and would love to get this sorted...

Nothing that seems out of the ordinary. It takes me to a post submission page that says I'll be receiving it shortly, I'll get the exact message and send another request in a couple hours when I get to my shop.

Sorry for the delay, I got the "You already ask 1 licence for this ecu, contact jpl250rs@gmail.com if you loose it, else wait a bit for receive it back, clic here"

I submitted another today with the email "service@bentauto.net" BUT I found out today with some testing that my ECU had a bad ground so another one is on the way... I imagine I will need new info for the new ecu... Maybe this was also part of the issue with your automated system.
