anti-spam filters and license blocking

Post by chanchito86 »

I’m having a new issue with the license. I followed the procedure to receive the license, but the problem is that nowadays, all email services have spam filters built directly into their servers—Outlook, Gmail, etc. The filters flag the .lic file as malicious software; consequently, when I tried to download it, the process failed, and the filter corrupted the file, leaving it at 0 bytes. I tried forwarding the email to other addresses, but to no avail—the file is now corrupted, and I don't know how to proceed. I would like to ask if it is possible to receive the license file via a different method, as I am surely not the first or the last person to encounter this issue; in this situation, I cannot disable the filters the service provider uses on their servers, and I have no other way to receive the file.
