hello from Switzerland

Post by matou »

Hi everyone, just ordered the ELM and 4-pin adapter from Lonelec in the UK. It pretends to connect over bluetooth with Melcodiag. Will keep you posted how it does with my 2014 hyperstrada! Looking forward to see what I can read from the bike and if I can enable accessories like heated grips!

Bluetooth adapter worked like a charm.
Unfortunately, heated grip activation will not work by pressing a simple button. I will create a threat on this, maybe someone has a solution.

very happy with melcodiag on a hyperstrada 821 of 2014.
With a lonelec bluetooth ELM v1.5 adapter, I was able to perform a few things so far:
TPS and APS reset (it beeped, so I guess it worked, that was already with software 2.0.4.x)
Activate factory heated grips (only with version 2.0.5.3, not working before because of v1.5 ELM, probably)
