Problems with obtaining a license

Good afternoon! I did everything as it was indicated in the instructions. The first time I sent a request was more than a week ago and I didn't receive anything. Then again 3 days ago, and there was also no response. My motorcycle is Monster 1200S 2019. I would like to know what is the reason? Thanks!

you can re issue it and check carrefully the message on the server
