Ducati 1200s 2012 Can't read VIN

Hello,

I have attempted to use the lates version of Melcodiag with a 2012 Ducati 1200s but I can't connect, I receive an error saying that it is unable to read the VIN.
The bike does connect to other tools, using ELM 327 and I have validated the obd adapter pinout.

Any tips?

Kess can read sw and some other data, will send it later.
I will also try some other software with this ELM cable, it’s clone, maybe that’s it.
