No Connection with my Bike Streetfighter V2

Hello everyone,
I wanted to use MelcoDiag to reset the service on my Ducati Streetfighter V2 MY2022. The program is installed, the OBD II cable V1.5 and the Ducati diagnostic connector are present. Com3 is selected as the port, and so far everything is fine. Now when I turn on the ignition and click Connect, no connection is established. After a while, an error message similar to a timeout appears. I've already tried different USB ports, but Com3 is always displayed as the port, and unfortunately, the result is always the same. I've already re-downloaded the program, but unfortunately, there's no improvement. Since other users have already reported a successful service reset for the V2, a connection should be possible.
What could be the problem, or what do I need to do differently?

In my case, i can not change the Port in the Tool.
Should i be able to select via Dropdown?

if you seee the elm version under the connect button, then the port and speed are correct .
by the way we have a lot of problem with elm v1.5 , those version are often poor clone with few commands.
the ones we need for melcodiag are not implemented
