That's the problem. I haven't the license file.
When i click the blue button to get the license, and click the send button in the form, i got an error: the data is incomplete.

any chances for trying a different elm ?
i can generate a licence but i'mnot sure it can works , elm seems reading almost nothing

I have tried another elm, but is always an 1.5. Same story.
Writing "no ecu data" in the data collected for registration, the mail was sent and i received the license.
But the reset button for annual service is not working.
If you say that the app cannot read any data, i understand why the button doesn't work.
I'm searching an elm327 v 1.4, but is not so simple.

1- bike field is used to know what software is running on which bike.
i don't see the bike name / year in your post


2- 59m ecu don't need licence , it's already all unlocked

I submitted my license request a few weeks ago ( early March, using the MelcoDiag app button) but so far have not received any response. I checked the spam folder as well. Do you know if the license was sent to me (michelangelo.salomone57@gmail.com) or how long can it take?

the message i received when i sent the license requestsaid it had been sent successfully. i don't knowthe exact date, but it was around the end of February.
