This morning, I connected sixty2 to my computer.

I tried running melcogiag with a new lic file.

The result was the same as before, and desmo reset was not successful.

The only button I could select was (key reset).

I applied again using the blue license button, hoping to find out something.

I will send another debug for reference.

To JPL250RS.
A Japanese Scrambler Sixty2 user reported that he was able to use all the buttons using MelcoDiag.

This was reported on a Japanese blog for the Sixty2.

I was starting to give up, but this gave me courage.
I'll try my best to use MelcoDiag!

i check carrefully the licence i sent yesterday there is no mistake .
it's no need i send it a 3rd time.
the reason is probably the user system fonts is not an iso font (EU or US) but a japaneese font instead ?

I would like to change the operating environment from Japanese to English and try running MelcoDiag.

I was able to successfully reset the Desmo service.

I did not change Windows to English.

After using the new lic file and repeatedly turning on the key and connecting to MelcoDiag, I was able to select all the tabs.

could be because serial wasn't showing everytime you connect melcodiag ?

I’ve tried so many things by now that I’m not sure what the actual cause was.
But one thing’s for sure — I successfully reset the Desmo service!

For some reason, I think the VIN wasn’t shown on the MelcoDiag screen when it succeeded.
