I live in Japan.
I applied for a scrambler sixty2 (400cc) license 2025.5.23.
I haven't received the license reply email.

I submitted my email address according to the application, but I think I may have sent it to the wrong email address, so I am emailing you.
I accidentally typed in my email address as (,com) instead of .com.
I submitted a legitimate request again using the blue button on 2025.05.29, so could you please check it?


I would like to use your application to reset the Desmo service.

I received (lic.cle).

Apologies for the typo in (,com).

However, the desmo reset has not yet been successful.

When I check the debug, (lic found) is displayed.

However, (Desmo reset) is not available in the MelcoDiag software.

Even when I click it, I still can't perform the reset operation.
I have copied the debug below, so could you please check it?

Is there a problem with the cable I'm using?

Can't MelcoDiag be used with sixty2?

Am I doing something wrong?

check if cle.lic is not locked , in file properties , then try to run melcodiag with admin rights as well

I followed your instructions to launch MelcoDiag with an account with permissions and unlocked each file and software in the file properties in Windows.

However, the only option to reset is (Key reset.)

Is there anything else I should try?

I only have one lic file

Is there a case where it would be better to use JPDiag instead of MelcoDiag? If necessary, I would like to download it and request the license again.

only melcodiag is suitable for you
jpdiag is for older bike that not using canbus

Should I uninstall MelcoDiag and install it from the downloaded file?

Or should I just update the lic file to the latest one?

Run with administrator privileges.
I will unlock it from the properties.

you shall delete previous cle.lic then use the new one , they are different.
no need to re install melcodiqg
