i fixed this reading now

Estou com esse mesmo problema com a minha multistrada enduro MTS 1200 ano 2018. Embora o MelcoDiag consiga conectar e "enxergar" a ECU da marca Bosch, o software não consegue ler e apagar erros nesse tipo de ECU, nem fazer ressets, pois falta o Handshake no Menu Main. Assim, o MelcoDiag só consegue lê o VIN e identificar o modelo da moto, mas os comandos para interrogar a memória de erros da Bosch (DTC/Ressets, etc) não estão ativados. Esses comandos estão protegidos/criptografados pela Ducati e pela Bosch, para forçar os proprietários dessas motos mais modernas a utilizrem os serviços autorizados Ducati. Infelizmente essa é a realidade, por enquanto.

did you edit the vin by yourself ?

do you have the dtc lamp dosplayed on the dashboard?

i need digit 4,5,6 ,7
it's worth to try the version 2.0.5.2 with your bike , i'll patch it once i get the missing digit in the vin
