I just checked with the papers of my bike and it´s the same VIN. I guess the license is connected to the VIN right? When I try to request a new license I also get the info that the license for that vehicle has already been requested.

I renamed the old cle.lic into cle_old.lic and tried it out with the new lic-file. Made sure it was unlocked, started melcodiag as administrator. The report is still showing "not registered", what else can I do to register it?

i don't undestand , is it possible to take a look on your pc with rustdesk ?

Is it possible to send you screenshots or a screen recording of the whole process?

I also noticed that the mileage it reads is incorrect and the rpm sensor shows numbers between 8000 and 8200 while the engine is off. May there be an issue with my elm adapter or driver?

it really look a licence problem.
i would delete the one you have before putting the last one you got by email.
i'm affraaid it don't replace it if you simply copy it

i'd fix that by rustdesk in 2 minutes
