I need registration help

The service reset functions does not seem to be working. According to the diag file, MelcoDiag is licensed but not registered. What to do?

I did exactly that, so I got a new license ( a second one after almost a year)
tried 2.0.4.2 2.0.4.4 and now 2.0.4.8
and still on the debug I see

All the reset functions are greyed out.

This is the second license i get, and when I try to get a new one I get

ECU already registered

The Program with the old license worked a year ago, but today no luck, not sure what changed (same laptop same everything)

yes i see this ecu is registered for a while , .
you can check cle.lic file access , it maybe have been locked by windows
see in cle.lic properties
