Hi, I have a 2016 Monster 821, and I'm trying to connect the diagnostic tool with a 4-pin OBD2 cable connected to an OBDLink LX Bluetooth.
I can't get it to give me all the motorcycle information.
Below is a screenshot of Melcodiag and the text it generates when I try to register the application.
I connect the OBDLink LX to the PC using a TPLink Bluetooth 5.3 USB adapter. I don't have an antivirus or firewall active.
I'd appreciate any help.
P.S. When I started testing, I found the motorcycle's diagnostic fuse was blown, and the OBDLink LX wouldn't turn on. I replaced it and it turned on. I don't know if it's important, but I'll let you know.

use create report button and send melcodiag report file content here

it's surprising the obdlink works in 38400, it's usually 115200 , but it's not your issue.
