Hi copy file im stuck

Hi to all and can i say thankyou for the prompt serial number email,
now im dumb as and can i hell as like get the sent file into the correct place
can someone with the patiance of a saint please help
pictures might help too, the info sent was clear but cant see where to drop
the file.

hmmm save file to ....desktop
then move it from desktop to where melcodiag is installed
