Can line error

Hello everyone, I’m having difficulty with reading out DCT’s on my 2011 Ducati Diavel Carbon. I wonder what the issue might be because my adapter seems to connect to the bike but I cannot get it to read out DCT’s from any ecu(they are detected just fine), is it possible it might be due to the possible mistake when submitting the licence file ?

I already tried multiple cables and all get to same stage which is connected to the bike reading basic data like temperature,rpms etc but can’t get to the ecus themselves

Also is there anything also i have to do to use Bluetooth adapter ? Because software doesn’t want to detect any Bluetooth adapter I tried

Asking because when I submitted to get the licence for the bike I selected that the bike has oil service light active (which I don’t think is the case looking at it right now) it has green indicator with -6250 miles written on it can’t add a picture on mobile for some reason

it's not a licence problem
if you don't scan ecus can it dispal the defaut DTC on 7e2 7ea ?

Nope it gives the same answer for all the ecus it’s U1601 Can line error and B1009

so you have 2 errors in DTC screen
you can delete it and check if it comes back

I tried deleting the can line codes, the code starting with U is gone

Now every single read of dtcs i do looks like this : 1

But the bike still has pressure sensor error present on the lower screen .
