License help 2024 Scrambler

Trying to reset a service icon on a 2024 Ducati Scrambler using Melcodiag. It is not pulling vin number but I think it is connecting. I seem to get further if I select other bike. I get a popup asking if bike is 2010 or 2011. I select one, it reads and populates software / firmware revision. I have pressed the get license but have not received an email. none of the 2 options m3c or other bike gives vin ?

correct. I have tried both options several times but no vin data

you cut the report i don't see the elm version , but i suspect it's an elmv1.5.
i'd try a v1.4

is there only one port with can bus ?

Yes, there is only one connection under the seat next to the ecu. I am using a windows 11 laptop. PC recognizes obd2 scanner and automatically assigns it to comm port 3. Could it be a driver problem?
