Issue connecting to Multistrada 1200s 2015

Good day,
Recently tried to use Melcodiag of last version to connect to my bike.
I have Vgate vLinker MC+ adapter which supports almost any ELM327/329 software. Melcodiag reports adapter as ELM327 v2.2.
The issue is either it connects and gets only VIN and model name, when using "Any bike" option, but no HW/SW data and while register attempt is says data is invalid. Or just connects and no data at all, once "M3C.." option is used. Also tried all different COM port speed options.
Is the problem in my adapter or am I simply doing something wrong?
PS: the same adapter, but other software like CarDiag, reads all standard OBD data well.

Is it the one with data when trying to register? I've tried with button "Write report", but despite is says report has been written, I didn't find a file (and clipboard is empty too).

i need the content of the debug report .

Ok, I've got it finally.
PS: Once MelcoDiag is put into "Program Files (x86)" folder, it can't write files inside, likely due to missing permissions.

yes you use an old melcodiag version , i think the last one shall works better
except this , it seems not so bad

With the new version it went slightly better - I was able to get software version and get the license. However, most of the data is still meaningless: oil service is not recognised (but it is active), rpms shows >20k with engine off and, engine temperature like -54 degree, traction control level is jumping all values randomly, mileage is way wrong etc. When I scan for ECUs in DTC section, it showed me 6 different lines.
Idk if it something special with my bike or with (likely) my adapter being different version compared to the mostly used here.

no DTC is ok , it just say you have 5 errors on 2 different ecus
10SW software is not allowing to reset yet

Yeah, service reset i know unfortunately... But is it expected to have some other meaningful data displayed? Coz besides dtc errors it seems nothing is really correct. It also shows me like having 5 ECUs when i scan for these. Is there confirmed compatibility with elm 2.2 version? I‘ve read it is not fully backwards compatible with 1.5ish, due to different hardware design.
