I am struggling to connect to my 2023 Ducati Scrambler (not the next-gen model). I've used the program before to reset my service, but I am currently getting the issue below. I get this error when I select MC3, when I choose anybike it will pull up some of my info, but will direct me to tick MC3.

Yes please! The only thing different from my setup from before is using a new laptop. I do not have another at my disposal to try.

				No luck
"Index was outside the bounds of the array"
Any other ideas? I've tried the other USB ports and all the bauds. Made sure my drivers were all good. I'm stumped.

Hello, any luck with the solution? I'm have the exact same issue with my 2018 Monster 797. Tried the link above for the beta. No luck. I'm using the 1.4 interface. Able to connect with MC3 software but there's no option to clear desmo.
