Hi all,
I have a MTS 1200 2018.
Have the cable and Melco Diag running on laptop.
Have obtained the licence giving full use and connectivity.
Connects and reads Vin but ECU says no information.
When I try to reset the service indicator, the lights on the dongle illuminate but the bike service (and Desmo service) indicator does not reset.
I've tried connecting the cable / connecting on the Melco Diag in all sorts of sequencies, but ultimately the computer reads the VIN and software, not the ECU and the service reset just wont work.
Grateful for any ideas.

oh it's the 10sw software
it's a known issue , reset cannot be done on 10sw for now
