I been trying to register the software on Windows 7 but any licence i get doesn't work. My bike is a 2017 Multistrada 1200 enduro. Here goes my debug file. Any help will be appreciated.

i check your licence sent on 28 august , it's correct
you prolly have renamed the file ot not unlocked it

Thanks for the reply JP. I was using that license that was pulled using a Bluetooth OBD v1,5, but when I try to reset the anual service I can hear the two chimes from the computer, but the reminder is still on the dash. I buy a cable adapter v1,4 hopping that help so I ask for a new license and those one’s does not activate at all.

I was thinking to use a diferent laptop with a newer windows version. I don’t know what to do. Any help will be appreciated.

It’s useless to register your bike each time you change your elm
I do t think changing your computer will help
