I am using MelcoDiag V2.0.4.4 and ELM327 V1.5

MelcoDiag reads the vin correctly but sees the bike a 2022 Dial 1260S as Xdiavel S2019, I assume that would be OK

However no matter has many times I have tried I can not reset the Annual Service last done by dealer on October 2023.

And dash indicator shows Oil Service -9306Mi Demo Service -17556Mi and Annual Service 24/10/06

Any ideas?

I would assume since they system reads the vin number correctly then the connection is OK

can you post the debug report then i can see if the software version and the elm is ok ?

Did changing the bike type get it working?
If so maybe the same fix will work for my issue (2020 Diavel 1260 showing as 2019)?

Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately no.

Few days ago I upgraded to the latest version of Melcodiag and still the same exact problem it will not reset period.

Same here. 2021 Diavel 1260 S, auto detected as a 2019 xDiavel
I was however able to reset the oil light (a good indication that the tools worked), but then immediately comes on the Annual service light which have yet to make it work, no luck so far. Please keep posted if you found a solution.
