Hoping for some help resetting the Annual Service indicator. I am using Melcodiag on a 2024 Ducati Multistrada V2 S. I can connect with no problem. Have tried two different OBD 2 devices. One with ELM327 V1.4 and the other V1.5. Both worked the same where the data to monitor RPM shows a negative value when running and when not running the Annual Reset buttons do not work. Clicked Service Interval and I can see it sending and receiving data but not sure what it is doing. Below is the diag file when I was using V1.4, it showed about 12 RPM when that checkbox was enabled but the engine was not running. Have a feeling it thinks it is a different bike and parsing the CAN data wrong? Thanks in advance!

I have similar problems. MelcoDiag 2.0.4.8
Mileage is reported as 10,041Km when it should be 40,164km. Air temp -40C. ECU and Hardware don't look valid (doesn't mean they are not but it inspire confidence).

Thank you, it works now on my 2024 Ducati Multistrada V2S. I was using 2.0.4.8 before but I see the date on your file changed in the new zip file so you must have made a minor code change and didn't bump the rev. I hit Annual Service 0, the screen background looked like it reset and went from white background to dark and the Annual Service went away during the refresh but came right back. Then pressed Annual Service 1 and it did the same thing, keeping the background dark and removing the Annual Service indicator. Cycled power and Annual Service is still off, the background I can go in and change back to white later. The Get Service Date, Change Service Date, and Service Interval don't work but that doesn't matter, Annual Service light is out. Below is the new debug file should it tell you anything and I used the newer ELM327 V1.5 but am sure V1.4 would have worked as well as both connected fine last time. The Auto Detect field is populated this time and was not with the prior V2.0.4.8 so that is a good sign. Didn't try the rpm but will if you want me to. From your prior post I am assuming you haven't coded that yet for this bike.
