2016 Scrambler license not working

Hello, the buttons in Melcodiag are all greyed out. Below is the debug report. The vin is not listed correctly. The cle.lic file has been added to the Melcodiag folder. Is there something else I should try? Thanks

it's perfect , now press blue button to register
