Missing "Get license" button

Hello,
I'm trying to connect and reset the Desmo service for my 2018 Scrambler 1100 Sport.
I'm using the ELM327 OBD2 FT232RL cable, but when I press Connect with the M3C option on Melcodiag, the "Get license" button disappears and I can't register the license.
