Hi, I have been using MelcoDiag to reset the service on my 2021 Panigale V2 last year, which worked fine. This year however the reset just doesn´t work the way it did. The LEDs on my adapter are flashing and I hear a Windows sound but the service doesn´t reset. I tried to make it work somehow by trying different stuff out but I can´t seem to get it to work.

I checked and it was indeed locked. I unlocked it and tried again but still the same issue

try to run melcodiag with admin rights then

Hi, I have tried starting it as an administrator. Still the same result. The debug report is still showing "not registered".

reset buttons are enabled ?

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that. If I connect to the bike in M3C Mode the buttons are enabled. If I connect in "any bike" mode, they are not enabled. However if I connect in M3C mode once and then connect in "any bike" mode, the buttons are still activated. Does that have something to do with the "not registered" part?

I can think of two things that are "different" compared to when it last worked:
- The version of MelcoDiag was 2.0.3.7 last year when I successfully reset the service
- Since it last worked, the ECU was flashed once but it is now back on the stock map

it's possible your vin has changed ?
