2019 Scrambler 1100 Sport - not reading bike info

Hello!

I have a 2019 Scrambler 1100 Sport and am using MelcoDiag v2.0.4.8 with an ELM327 v1.5 OBDII interface (switch in the HS CAN position) and 4-pin adapter cable. With this setup, I have tried both the "Any bike" and "M3C" ECU options and I am experiencing the exact symptoms as described by user yannickdebrest in this topic:

Is it possible that you need to patch MelcoDiag to work with my motorcycle like you did in the post above? If yes, the first 7 characters of my VIN are ML0KAFC.

I'm looking forward to your reply. Thanks and regards,

KAFC no need to be patched ,yours seems to have a m3c ecu ,
can you issue a debug report ticking this option ?

Note that I have NOT tried requesting a license or resetting anything because the ECU information has not successfully been read.

Thank you for your support!
