Hello. Could you please tell me if there should be a sound when resetting the TPS? When I check for errors, it sees three blocks, but when I try to query one of the blocks, it says "No Answer." Is this how it should be?

you are not seeing 3 errors , but i bet you scan for available ecu , and the elm found 3
if you get no answers on it, do not scan for ecu , but directly click on DTC on 7e2 button.
you can try with melcodiag v2.0.5.0

The new version of Melсodiag works more reliably than the previous one. But I'd like to find more information about resetting the TPS, APS, and everything else. The Desmo and service oil reset works fine, and I also managed to reset the PIN.

If you need more information, I can experiment on my motorcycle, just tell me what needs to be done.

this new version handle more wrong elm messages ,
i can see for the dtc delete the message is troncated as well

you didn't tell if you found DTC errors ?in this screen there is none but you may have already deleted it

There are no errors in the system. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing this. This morning, when I start the bike cold, only the lower exhaust pipe works during warm-up, while the upper pipe doesn't seem to be working. I warm the bike up for a long time, to about 80 degrees Celsius, but the problem doesn't improve—the upper pipe still doesn't work. After that, I turn the bike off, wait about 30 seconds, and then start the engine again—and then both pipes work normally.
Can you tell me what could be causing this and what could be malfunctioning?

Could this be related to the warm-up algorithm, where one of the systems either turns on or, conversely, doesn't turn on until a certain point? Could the problem also be related to incorrect TPS or APS operation, and would they require calibration in this situation?

Guys, I really need help. There's no official dealer nearby, and no decent Ducati specialists either.

the MAP sensor maybe
try to unplug it when you have the issue . if there is no changes , the the sensor is defekt.
if when you unplug it the iddle is making a little rev up for 1 sec, then the sensor is ok
