Hello and thank you for providing this software. When I connect to the bike, Melcodiag displays the ECU Type, Hardware Version and Software Version
but it does not display information for Bike or VIN/Serial. (It also displays mileage.) Am I fully up and running? I don't have a reset to perform at this time to test. Is the software running correctly? Thanks!

yes you won't have more display on the 2010 models

you can try both,sometimes your bike electronics is older than you think
