I own a 2019 Ducati Diavel 1260S.
Software: 10SW0449218
VIN: ZDMGE00AAKB001069
I’ve just had the Desmo service and the annual service done, and I’d like to clear
the service notifications using your software, but I’ve run into a problem.

Here’s the situation:
1. I connected the motorcycle. - OK
2. I read the data (it only picked up the model, VIN, and software version)—unfortunately, it didn't retrieve the ECU and hardware data.

3. I registered the license. - OK
4. I copied it into the application folder. - OK
5. I launched the app, and everything works fine—except for resetting the service and Desmo indicators.

Do you happen to know what the problem might be?

still the 10sw software
i have not found yet why this one in particular is so difficult to reset on some bikes , and working on different ones

I literally couldn't even get this far with my 2020 Diavel 1260. Just stuck on setting up ELM the entire time. Couldn't even pull the info down to submit the license. No one has had success here from what I've seen with these bikes. Star OBD seems to be the only way forward.
