Good day to all, I bought ELM327 v1.5" the program installed.
When the connection was successful it shows the mileage but does not show the VIN what could be wrong?

the software version shows j001 ?
on thos old models sometimes the VIN isnot displayed , but it's not an issue for getting the licence

I have the same bike and the same Software version J001 and I also cannot get MelcoDiag to display a VIN. The license request was sent with a "fake" VIN (not sure where the app took it, but it's not my VIN) and the license arrived correctly.

you shallnot force the vin , the licence wont work
if you have a j001 with empty serial that should be accepted for the licence

Oh, I did not force any VIN, I just pressed the blue button and the data was transferred automatically to the website for the license request.

However, I noticed that there was a VIN in the data, like this:

it's normal with your bike , nothing more showing up , and your licence is ok , i checked it
