FIRST TIME USE

Hi
I received my licence after registering,added the the licence to the jpdiag directory,connected the bike and the first page info is displayed,ecu and milege on opening the reset page to reset the service warning the boxes are greyed out,any suggestions

ok so you are using mellcodiag ,
can you paste here the debug report ? ( button write report then search for MelcoDiag.exe.debug.txt)

Hi when I try to send you the file i get an error saying
Invalid file extention melcodiag.exe.debug.txt

just open the file with a text editor like notepad , select all text and paste it in a new post
