Hi.
I am trying to request a license but it looks like there isn't enough information retrieved to send the request for the license since I get a failure.
My interface is ELM 1.5 and it seems to be able to retrieve some information through the cable.
I have nothing to reset at the moment but I wan't to make sure it works until it is time for annual service.
The year model is 2018, it was not filled in automatic. I have no idea how to get further.

you can replace the 1st blank line with no data in the prefilled information during the registration ,
