2021 ducati scrambler 1100 pro can not connect

i need to reset my service reminder and cant get anything to connect i have tired ELM327 V1.4 and V1.5 still nothing also have tried switching between HS-CAN, MS-CAN in all bikes mode checked and HS-CAN switch with ELM327 V1.5 it can only read the VIN number and failed to connect. says switch to scrambler setting. when i do it wont connect. i can not register melcodiag even though it says registered at the bottom. this is the data i get.
any help would be appreciated

as i read on internet , you shall put the switch on HS CAN.

don't forget to tick m3c before connect as well

yes i have tried that and it does nothing. if i dont tick the m3c if only reads the VIN number and says check the M3C button..
