Panigale V4 2022 Annual Service/ Desmo not working

Hi folks,

i was abroad some time now I read you are struggling aswell.
@jpdiag, is it possible that Ducati changed something at the dash communication with EURO5? It seems, that just Modells from 2022 have this problem.
Disconnecting the battery for a CL.30 Reset changed nothing aswell.
Maybe somehow the communications from the dashboard changed.

can you try each of the 3 buttons related to annual service data , and post the debug report ?
between each attempt , check if the annual is reset to know which button did the trick ( if one does)

So first reset Oil service, second annual service, third desmo and then trigger the report if the annual works?

as i understood, oil or desmo reset works , just the annual service data couldn't be changed.
so i created 3 buttons only for annual service , i need report for each annual buttons

The dash shows annual service dated since 19/06/2025, so none of the three created buttos worked sorry.

I'm interested in this as well, as I have a 2024 Diavel V4 that the annual service button isn't working for.
I have the ELM V1.4, not the 1.5 though.

I tried both the website version of melcodiag, and the beta version with all three reset buttons listed here. I have not had luck with either.
I also attempted to reset the oil service and didn't have any luck either.

I have the Termignoni upmap, but reverted to original map before attempting any work with melcodiag.

revert map is not necessary on newer bikes like yours
