For bikes using the can line usually from 2010 and up
works with elm cables only

Update work for me as well but resets aren't available to click. Registered for new license

Got the new license today. Was able to clear both desmo and oil service. Thank you!

Resolved, the windows security seems to have been blocking cle.lic, even though I had the .exe and the cle.lic in a specific folder in my documents.

Earlier I was not able to tick the file attributes Security : ... unblock (I guess because the file was saved as Read only, so fixed that);

Unblock ticked, end of the debug report now has "registered" and v 2.0.4.8 is now fully functional. I have all the reset keys and can read the ECUs/DTCs

Same error here

ELM 1.5 USB Cable
Ducati Multistrada V4S 2023

With ELM 1.4 Usb cable using "any ecu" option, MelcoDiag can connect and read some info. But reseting oil/anual services doesn´t work.
Choosing the other option (M3c, M3d...) got the same error
