Ducati Monster 797-Help Please!

Greetings,
I purchased all the necessary cables and installed the softwareb(Elm327 v1 5). I had an annual reset code on my dash (2017 Monster 797). I connected the bike and was able to reset the code without a license. The issue is, when I connect using any bike, it shows Monster 797 but won't allow me to get a license because all the ecu and hardware data doesn't show. When I switch to M3C, it detects my bike but incorrectly lists it as Scrambler with incorrect VIN. I have included a screenshot of my connection. When I try to register I receive an error message stating there is information missing. Please help with proper bike identification and license.

you can try to replace the 1st empty line in the registration form with 'no data

I tried to add 'no data' to the clipboard and received this message:

Error: Missing some information, licence cannot be generated
Be sure your software setup/elm is working

My Monster 797 appeared to be registered then the blue get license came back. However, When I connect via M3C, It comes up as Scrambler and shows that the bike is licensed and registered. I will continue to see what is going on. I do appreciate your guidance on receiving the license via email.
