Do you know if PIN code reset is allowed via Melcodiag ? I am not able to try until Monday, so it would help me to know what to expect.
Was the PIN code reset successfully in the past ?

Just tried the melco on 2015 Multistrada 1200 S and it seems that PIN code reset is not working. Also it seems that annual service reset is not working either.

10sw software is still a mistery for me , same software on a diavel , reset works but not on MTS
