applying for license - problem with incomplete data

have not been able to get my license. i'm trying to get this tool working so i can service my panigale 1199. this is what i get from the tool.

i see you posted the debug report in the registration form.

it doesn't match the db format.

Thanks for your help. I was able to paste data into the browser after clicking on "Get Licence", it worked. I have completed my 1199 maintenance for now. I sent a donation via PayPal. Thanks again.
