New license

I have got, today, the license.

Hi JP,
I installed the license you kindly provided in the same folder as the Melcodiag.exe file, unlocked the file from the properties, and connected it to my bike. I waited a while, but the blue "Request License" button remains on the query. The "MelcoDiag.exe.Debug" file says the license was found, but it's not registered, and the program buttons are inactive. What can I do, or is there anything I can do about it? Thanks,

Good morning everyone, I purchased a 2016 Multistrada 1200 S DVT two weeks ago. Today I downloaded Melcodioag, connected the bike, and completed the entire process to apply for the license. The problem is that one of the owners has already completed the process, and therefore the VIN is already in the database.
Is there a way to receive the license or apply for a new one?

Si tu es chez club internet ou SFR il faut autoriser mon e-mail , tous mes envois sont rejetés comme spam

i see the ecu was registered last week
you put m as email , you have to redo it with your email to receive it.
i delete the actual one then you can retry

i see the ecu was registered last week
you put m as email , you have to redo it with your email to receive it.
i delete the actual one then you can retry
