2015 Multistrada 1200s TPS reset

Hello, I got my license added into the Melcodiag directory and I was able to connect to my bike. The software seems as though it's able to read everything though it is slow to update on my computer. I recently replaced a throttle body on my bike and am in need of this software to reset the TPS. If i start the bike now it immediately redlines so i need to reset the TPS before starting. Needless to say I have done all of my testing with the bike's power set to accessory and ignition off. My bike also needs the "Date service" light reset. I assume this is simply the oil service reset. each time I click one of the reset buttons it doesn't seem to have any effect and the service light is still on on the dash. I've tried power cycling the dash to see if it goes away but no luck.

If someone is able to help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. I would much, much rather make a donation to this software rather than have to pay a dealership to reset the TPS/service light .

service date looks annual service reset
since 260715 yesterday i guess this indicator switched on

2 things :
the 10sw software is very difficult to reset.
some people succeed resetting the annual service by changing the date on the dashboard


for the tps reset i haven't add it yet for your bike .
we'd need to test the different solutions to check which one is ok

we can do it together by remoting your pc with rustdesk

have you tried the button tps reset open and tps reset closed ?

Hey JP, I've tried both of the TPS reset options shown here as well as a number of the other service resets here and the bike didn't react to any of them. The service light is still on the bike after a power cycle and i didn't hear any relays clicking or noises from the bike. laptop did buzz with a few of the service resets but not the TPS resets. Also the tx/rx lights on my ELM would light up when issuing the resets so that is promising. I also tried the APS reset option with no effect.
