Hypermotard 950 SP 2021 - desmo service can't be reset

Hello everybody,

I try to reset the desmo service of my hypermotard 950 SP 2021, but I can't manage to do it.

Annual service and oil change service are fine ( reset works as expected), but demso is not working. Also, when I click on the button, I don't see any light blinking on the elm.

Is it a known issue ?

Qui c’est , peut être que si tu rajoutes 10ans à la date il te demandera le service desmo.
La méthodologie
Tu change la date
Tu coupe la moto 30sec
Tu réinitialise le service
Tu coupe la moto 30sec
Tu rallume et remet la bonne date .

Hello,

I managed to do the desmo reset finally, but I don't know which thing solve my issue, because I have done these 2 things at the same time :
- Change the date to 2036, power down for 30s, then do the desmo reset (heard the sound validation from windows).
- Update MelcoDiag from 2.0.4.4 to 2.0.5.2
