Multistrada 1260S 2018 - No licence

After identifying my motorcycle, I was able to retrieve a license key sent by email. I copied it into the folder with MelcoDiag, but I still have the blue icon "Get license" and it is impossible to use the functions of MelcoDiag.

cle.lic isnot renamed or locked by windows ?
is it in the same folder as melcodiag ?

No, i didn't touch anything, i downloaded it and slipped it into the MelcoDiag folder.

cle.lic should be 1k not 0k

The problem is resolved, it did come from the first key that was not recognized by Melcodiag, I was able to reset the annual service, thank you for your help!
