Hypermotard 950 Full Termi reset

Hi! I have Full termi on my hypermotard 950, the oficial dealer installed the exhaust and their racing evo map, with the ducati dqs computer (original ducati for this exhaust).

I have no upmap, my question is... if i reset the oil service and anual service,i lose the map?

no danger with your bike, only the map activted by dongle for years 2010 to 2012 may have problems

Thanks, buddy! A few days ago I sent an email using the form, but I'm not sure if I did it correctly. I have the FT232RL ELM237 1.4, connected everything, and opened Melcodiag. By mistake, I didn't select the M3D control unit; I entered any model (I'm a disaster). I realized when, when I sent it, it told me there was an error. I tried repeating the process, but the blue button no longer appears. I've tried several times.

Could you help me in any way? Don't get me wrong, I'm not in a hurry, but I don't know if I did the process correctly and the license is still pending or if I just messed up.

I deleted all the files from my computer and reinstalled them. Only the blue button appears if I select any model; if I select m3d, it doesn't appear.

When I select any model, it identifies the VIN and the blue button appears, so I did it this way.

While reading, I found this thread where you indicate writing "no ecu data" to another user with the same motorcycle.

I followed the same process and wrote that on the first line. Now it's allowed me to send the information, and I got a message that the license will be sent to me shortly.
