Cant get software and Hardwareinfo on two Bikes no License

Hello,

i can`t get Software and Hardwareinfos. Fin and Modell are displayed
So i canˋt get a license because any data are missed.

Used cable ELM327 1.4b (ODBLink SX).

Bike 1 Monster821
Bike 2 Monster1200R

can you give me a Licence for both Bikes?

those are not report but registration links

I got the two license files. But the program still reports "get license".
The License file is in the Same Folder as the Program.

I have merged the two files with this:
inside a terminal you can type this
copy /b cle1.lic + cle2.lic cle.lic

In i copy only one of the files in the Folder, the result is the Same.

you maybe need to unlock your cle.lic file

How can I do that? Permissions are all set.

right clic on cli.lic - properties and untick lokcked
or be sure you didn't rename it viewtopic.php?t=5

So, I couldn't unlock the files. I had transferred these via USB stick. After I logged into my e-mail account on the PC on the melcodiag works and downloaded the files, I was able to release them. I have merged the two files as described by you. Now everything runs as desired and I was able to reset the service indicator on the 821. Thank you for your support.
