TPS Resent on M1100

Post by Bonda78 »

Hi all,
i'm a new worker with MelcoDiag and M3C9 and i want to rebuild my M1100 (after an accident last year).
In this moment i'm working on M1100 engine and i changed my throttle system (with other TPS) because i damaged the original throttle system.
This afternoon i saw with Melcodiag, the error below:
Errore Melcodiag.jpg
Errore Melcodiag.jpg (55.05 KiB) Viewed 3382 times
When i whatched it, I whatched the value and it is 15%(please see the yellow row):
Valore del TPS.jpg
Valore del TPS.jpg (94.34 KiB) Viewed 3382 times
well, i went with the reset TPS but, after i touched the relative button, i didn't see nothing. The TPS remain 15% and i still have the same error.
I remake the sequence and after i close the MelcoDiag but nothing. when i restart the engine, nothing. The same value and error.

I made the same thing with M3C9 program but i have the same result.

Can we help me? do i make some errors?

Thanks guys,

Luca

When i selected the field TPS (please see the last image) i read 15% when the throttle are in minimum position. If i remain in this field and i rotate the throttle i see an increase of value. i arrived around 117% (It was the end of throttle rotation)..
After this description I hope to describe that your program work well but the TPS remain at the 15% at minimum position forever also after make the TPS reset with your button in Melcodiag..
I make a mistake during the TPS process?

just to confirm i'd click into the TPS field to make it blue

Anyway the process looks ok , it would be good to see the angle value , it shall be arround 85% with full throttle

Hi,
i tried to test in this week.
I control the % in the full throttle position. I saw the value 100% (when i arrived in this position i saw that i had another small part of gas wire but the throttle doesn't misure this extra lenght).

After i tested the reset TPS, higlighted in blues the field TPS. I touched the button "Reset TPS" and after i controlled in the correct field but it remain at the value 15%.
I disconnect and reconnect but the value didn't change.

Another test i tried to press the other two buttons. In sequence "SELF ADAPTIVE A/F" and after "TPS Reset Closed" (in the mean time i saw an OK over green square in the right angle below the window of program). immediatly i controlled in the main menù the TPS and i saw the 15% of value (it remain the same).

I did some mistake? what's the problem that i don't correct the value?

Thanks,

Luca

P.S. I made a video but in the forum i can't share it because it very small the size to attachment.
