MTS 2015 1200 License issue

Hi so I have a MTS 1200 2015 model. I have tried two different Devices ELM 327 & ODBII both I was told would work with my bike, but neither get all data, software is able to fetch only the VIN number and not any info about Ecu, software-hardware etc.
Can you help, I have repot from Methodist if the helps below?

it doesn't look so bad .
despite it's a elm v1.5 it looks ok , you can try to register

Still not working keep getting with both ODBII I’ve used.
Is there away to send license by email? Or can I copy and paste report from file into license data window?

Be sure you are using the right software and the rights cables for connecting to your bike , data are incomplete!
an m3c ecu use m3c9 software , a fuji ecu use melcodiag , a marelli 5am,5sm,59m,miu use jpdiag1

no you can't paste the report in the licence form.
that is not formatted for the db
but you can paste the complete registration url here , i'll test it on my side

ok you can use the 2nd one and add no bike data to the 1st line without pressing enter

So license worked thank you, but the service light does not go out go out when I reset it. Not sure where to go from here!
