2023 Ducati DesertX Cannot Reset Annual Service Indicator

Hello. I am able to connect to the bike. I was able to read ECUs (on DTC page). When I click the Annual Service Buttons or service date buttons, all I get is an audible error message. No pop up, no dialog box. Should I be able to reset the annual service/date? Thank you so much!

I am using this device purchased from Amazon:

Thank you for the response JP. I did register before attempting to reset and posting here. When connected and using the program the license button does not show anymore because I have the license and it is in the proper directory. The buttons are grey but they have a blue outline and I can click them. However I get the error tone.

Please let me know if I have misunderstood. What actions should I take next?

ca veut dire le fichier cle.lic n'ertait pas là quand tu as fait ce rapport ou que le logiciel ne peut pas le voir .

Thank you again for the response. My apologies, I copied my original file that I sent for the license request. A new file is below from connecting to the bike. It shows "registered"

What else can be done or attempted? What can I do? The buttons change color to light grey when I roll over them, apparently I can click them but after a few seconds I just get an error sound. No dialog box or error message.

it's not an error beep , it's just a beep i put once the process is done .
desert X is one of difficult bikes to reset , when i check the post i don't find any successfull resets

yes and i see there is several electronics depends on the year , it' makes thing not easy

I have just had the same problem - same exact screens and 'Bing' but the service light is staying on.
Any further info?
This is on a 2016 X Diavel S.
I've edited this post to add the report info for reference.. as you can see I did try to reset the service and service date a few times. I am new to this software trying to help a friend who owns the bike, so there is definitely a chance I am doing something wrong but I have done this sort of thing successfully on my Triumphs. Anyway here is the report:
