2013 Hyperstrada All Buttons greyed

Hello, the buttons in Melcodiag are all greyed out. Below is the debug report. The cle.lic file has been added to the Melcodiag folder. Is there something else I should try? Thanks

have you check the part troubleshooting from here ? viewtopic.php?t=5

i see you have not a Eu / Us font on your system , it could be the root cause of the not recognization of the licence

My bike is Japanese spec, so maybe Japanese fonts are being used.
Is there any way to authenticate the license? Thank you in advance.

if you can't use english font on your computer then i have to find an different way , but that wouldn't be the fastest one

So the problem was with my computer settings. I'll change the settings to English and try again.

Good morning.
Today, I tried using the license file I received initially.
Of course, I copied it into the same folder as Melcodiag without changing the file name. The license file has been unlocked.
As a result, the debug text changed from 'lic not found' to 'lic found', but it still says 'not registered'.
Do I still need a new license file?
I would appreciate your assistance in allowing me to use Melcodiag.

i checked the lic it's ok ,
that should works , i'm pretty sure it comes from the japaneese fonts.
i upload v2.0.4.9 , you can give it a try , i tried to mange it differently for the fonts issues

You are truly an amazing person.
With this, my Hyperstrada 821 should be able to stay in great condition.
